Details
Cliff Fen Park is a 40-acre park located on the north side of Cliff Road, just east of the Nicollet Avenue intersection. The park is home to Burnsville Lions Playground and a splash pad. Access to the Minnesota Valley Wildlife Refuge is also available.
The playground has 87 play pieces and is able to accommodate up to 265 children at one time. Play pieces are geared toward children of all ages. There is plenty of room for everyone to run, slide, swing and climb!
The splash pad covers approximately 2,000 square feet, with 12-15 water features meant to spray, soak, sprinkle and splash those who step within its reach. The grand opening was held July 16, 2015 and included music, ice cream and more!
The splash pad is open daily 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. the third weekend in May through the third weekend in September, weather permitting.
