The managers meeting attendance requirements are based on your team status. If you are a returning team and plan to read the website and rule book completely, you are not required to attend the meeting part of the managers meeting. You will still need to come to City Hall to pick up your supplies. All new teams are expected to attend the meeting. Every team is expected to send a representative to pick up the summer information and supplies.
2017 Manager's Meeting:
Note: League admistrators do not need to know if something has come up that prevents you from attending the meeting. You are 100 percent responsible for the information covered that night. Also, for those that are unable to attend - supplies, schedules etc. will not be available until Friday morning at 8 a.m. There is no early pick up option.
