Frequently Asked Questions

What are e-Bills?
e-Bills are an electronic version of your mailed statement. The electronic bill is identical to the paper statement and can be viewed, printed or saved right from your computer.

When will I receive my e-Bill?
Paper statements can take days to arrive. With e-Bills, you can receive your statements much earlier. e-Bills will be sent from . Please add this address to your "Safe Sender" list.

How will I know when my e-Bill is ready for viewing?
You will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready for viewing in your online account.

You can access your statement from any computer by logging into e-Bill Connect.

How do I view my monthly statements?
Once you have logged into your e-Bill Connect account, simply click on the "View Bill" button under your Bill Summary.

How do I make a payment once I have my e-Bill?
Once enrolled in e-Bills, users can make a one-time credit card or checking account payment -- or create an automatic payment via their credit card or checking account.

How do I set up automatic payments?
Once logged into your account, click the "Payment Setup" tab to enter your payment information. Then Click "Options" to set up an "Automatic Payment."

**When setting your "Payment Threshold," set an amount higher than your average monthly bill to ensure payment is made. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF YOUR BILL.

Will I still receive a paper statement?
No. By signing up for e-Bills, you will no longer receive a paper statement. If you need to receive a paper statement, you can opt out of e-Bills by calling 952-895-4480 .

Is there a charge for e-Bills?
No, e-Bills are completely FREE!

Can I print my e-Bill?
Bills can be printed just as any document on your computer.

What if I change my email address?
Log in to your account and select "Options."  Then, select "Edit Profile."  You can change your email address, name or contact information from this tab.

Who should I contact if I don’t receive my email notification?
If any questions arise, please call 952-895-4480. Please check your Junk Mail email box to make sure the messages are not going there. Please add to your email "Safe Sender" list to help ensure it does not end up in your Junk Folder.

How long will my statement remain online?
You can view current and past statements and payments for 12 months.

What is Adobe Reader and why do I need it?
Adobe Acrobat® Reader ™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement. Adobe Reader Download.
