Burnsville Softball Council
The Burnsville Softball Council is looking for you!

The Burnsville Softball Council was formed to improve the softball experience here in Burnsville. We are looking for players and coaches who are interested in joining the Council.

Interested individuals should be active in the program, and have a passion for making things better.

The Burnsville Softball Council is a five- to nine-member working/advisory committee to the Burnsville softball league director. The group is comprised of individuals with a passion for softball who meet three to four times a year for 1-2 hours to discuss administrative items as they relate to improving the overall softball program.  To view the Burnsville Softball Council By-laws click here: BSC By-Laws

In addition to the meetings, there are also three volunteer events a year that board members assist with (Summer Softball Managers Meeting, 1 weekend tournament, Team Appreciation Night).

These were the scheduled meetings and events for 2017 dates will be decided soon:

February meeting:

2017 spring/summer planning meeting (review website, rules, changes, tournaments, etc.)

April meeting:
2017 spring/summer managers meeting (assist with equipment distribution)

May meeting:
Start of the season review and Qualifier planning meeting

June meeting Lac Lavon Fields:
Annual One Day competitive and Recreational Tournament -

July meeting:
End of the season review, Fall season planning and Team Appreciation Night planning meeting - TBD

August meeting 6-9 p.m. - Lac Lavon Fields:
Team Appreciation Night

November meeting- Fall wrap up
