Pothole Repair
 Request Tracker Report a Pothole
Pothole Repair
The street department is out on a daily basis, weather permitting, filling potholes. The goal is to fill reported potholes within three working days of receiving the request. In spring, at the peak of pothole season, this can be difficult but crews will work diligently to fill holes as soon as possible.

Report a Pothole
If residents wish to report a pothole they can call the City of Burnsville Maintenance Facility at 952-895-4550 or use the Request Tracker system to fill out an online request.
Pothole Frequent Flyers
There are several Collector Roads within the City that are frequently visited as time permits. Some of these are:
  • Burnsville Parkway
  • 150th Street
  • 12th Avenue
  • Black Dog Road

Street Maintenance and Replacement
The City of Burnsville actively monitors the condition of its streets and schedules short-term and long-term replacement and maintenance based on a variety of factors.  If you are concerned about the condition of a specific street, you can check here to see if it is tentatively scheduled for repair this year or in the near future.
