Community Room
Please Note: Room reservations at City Hall are extremely limited due to construction. City Hall will have additional and updated meeting spaces once renovations are complete. Currently, the community rooms and lower level conference room are completely unavailable. Three upper level conference rooms are available for evening reservations. The Council Chambers has limited availability. Please call the Recreation Department at 952-895-4500 for availability. For more information on the renovation project visit www.burnsville.org/build.  

Banquet room
The Community Room is located in the lower level of Burnsville City Hall. This large meeting room is approximately 4,300 square feet with multiple uses. This room can be divided into two smaller rooms, one 3,100 square feet and one 1,150 square feet.

  • Banquet Style: 280 people
  • Theater Style: 600 people

Rates will be available after construction at City Hall is complete and the rooms are available for rent.
