Citizens Academy
The Burnsville Police Department offers a Citizens Academy to members of the community for an inside look into the Burnsville Police Department’s operations. The academy consists of various hands-on classes taught over a nine week period to familiarize the class participants with police work and how the community can help prevent crime through a partnership with the Police Department.
The Department is now taking applications for the Fall 2010 Class: [Download Application]
