Signage Ordinance Waiver
The City of Burnsville will waive its temporary signage ordinance for businesses impacted by construction.

Beginning Monday, April 10, businesses in the vicinity of County Road 42 and I-35W will be allowed to expand their temporary signage on their property to help motorists know they are open during construction. The ordinance will be waived for a specified area throughout the entire construction period (anticipated to be complete by June 21).
