Alimagnet Dog Park

Please Note: The E. coli levels in the Alimagnet Dog Park pond currently exceed the state safety standard for human swimming beaches. While there is no established safety standard set for dogs, high E. coli levels may represent an increased risk of bacterial infection. As always, allowing your dog to swim in the pond is at your own risk. Check with your veterinarian for information about the risks associated with swimming in lakes and ponds. Learn more about the purpose and safety of the dog park pond here.

The Alimagnet Dog Park is an enclosed, seven acre, off-leash canine exercise area owned and operated by the City of Burnsville and supported by members of PACK (People of Alimagnet Caring for K9s).

The City of Burnsville asks that you join the park by purchasing an optional $20 membership to help support the administration and maintenance costs of the facility. The annual membership is $20 per household and can be purchased at the Recreation and Facilities Office at Burnsville City Hall. Each household member becomes a valuable supporter of the park and receives three to four "Scoop" newsletters, a PACK car cling, discounts on PACK merchandise and more.  You can also use the link below to download a copy of the application and mail it in.
