May 10, 2016

A construction kickoff letter was mailed to property owners on May 2 regarding the upcoming work on 150th St.  Due to both weather and material procurement delays, work is scheduled to be begin after Memorial Day (May 30).  The letter also includes a list of City inspectors who property owners and residents may contact if they have questions during the construction project.

The first phase of work on 150th St. will include the installation of a watermain pressure reducing valve (PRV) station at CSAH 5.  This work will result in 150th St. being CLOSED at CSAH 5 for approximately two weeks while work occurs.  After the PRV is installed, 150th St. will be opened for two-way traffic while crews complete the milling and overlay work on the remainder of the roadway.  Signs will be posted of the closure date once it is determined by the Contractor.
