Halloween Events 2017


The City of Burnsville holds two events for families to have some Halloween fun without being too scary. All ages are welcome and encouraged to wear costumes.

Halloween Fest in Nicollet Commons Park
Ghosts, goblins, princesses and superheroes are invited to Nicollet Commons Parkfor an illuminated treat trail, music and entertainment. Entertainment includes Kidsdance, stilt walker, juggler, magician and fire dancers.

Food available for purchase from The Dawg House.

When:  Friday, Oct. 27 | 6-8 p.m. 
Where:  *New Location*
Diamondhead Education Center
200 W. Burnsville Parkway [view map]
(Park in the upper level lot, and enter through door No. 2)
Cost:  $5 per family

Free parking is available at the Diamondhead Education Center and in Heart of the City Park and Ride Ramp located one block north of Burnsville Parkway on Pillsbury Ave.


Burnsville Ice Center Halloween Skating Party
Skate alongside Pokémon, rock stars, skeletons and pirates. This event features trick-or-treating, prize drawings, refreshments for purchase and private lessons for new skaters. Bring your own skates or rent some!

When:  Sunday, Oct. 29 | Noon-1:30 p.m. 
Where:  Burnsville Ice Center
251 Civic Center Parkway 
Cost:  FREE Admission
Discounted skate rental ($3/pair)

Free parking is available in the Burnsville Ice Center's parking lot.
