Police officers, firefighter/paramedics, police cars, fire trucks, police K-9 officers, the Mobile Command Post, dive gear/demonstrations and more will be on hand during the second-annual "Safe Summer Nights" grill out.
Attendees will enjoy hamburgers, hot dogs, snacks and beverages while getting to know their local emergency responders.
The second annual event is sponsored by the Burnsville Police Department and the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office. Food and beverages will be provided by the Wilder Foundation.
UPDATE 7/18/17:
Current weather forecast calls for rain and thunderstorms this afternoon and early evening in Burnsville. Due to impending weather conditions, the second-annual Burnsville Safe Sumer Night Grill Out is canceled.
We are sorry to announce that the event will not be rescheduled due to scheduling and other factors with many community and county partners.
The event had a great turn out last year and the Burnsville Police Department, Fire Department and Dakota County Sheriff were looking forward to connecting with many community members
again this year.
We hope to see you at other upcoming events such as Burnsville Fire Muster and Fire Department Open House this fall.
